Anika Fassia

Anika Fassia is the Outreach and Training Director of Race Class Narrative Action where she leads our outreach and partnerships with organizations spanning seven states across the Midwest. She leads all of the training and curriculum to support organizations in infusing the RCN framework into their strategic communication and organizing plans. Prior to joining Race Class Narrative Action, she managed the inception of the Race Class Narrative with founding principals, Anat Shenker-Osorio, Ian Haney Lopez and Heather McGhee at Demos. Anika holds a Masters of Social from the University of Michigan.
