Diana Ramirez
Diana Ramirez is a Fellow in Residence at the National Women’s Law Center where she focuses on pay equity for tipped workers as a gender and racial justice issue, and a powerful tool against workplace harassment. She was previously the Senior Policy Advocate at the Restaurant Opportunities Centers United, a restaurant worker center. Diana has worked policy issues at the federal, state, and municipal levels and has managed electoral and issue campaigns. She is originally from El Paso and has an MBA from the University of Texas at El Paso.
