Evan Wolfson

Evan Wolfson founded and led Freedom to Marry, the successful campaign to win marriage for same-sex couples. Since the victory five years ago, Evan has advised and assisted other movements and activists in the U.S. and other countries who seek to adapt the lessons from the campaign to other urgent causes. He teaches law and social change at Georgetown Law and Yale University and is a senior counsel at Dentons, the world's largest law firm.
