Morgan Harper

Morgan Harper is a Senior Advisor at the American Economic Liberties Project. She's a lawyer and, most recently, was a grassroots candidate to represent Ohio’s Third Congressional District in Columbus, Ohio. Previously, she was a Vice President at Local Initiatives Support Corporation, the nation’s largest community development financial institution, and worked at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as a Senior Adviser to the first Director. She is based in Columbus.
