Rebecca Gorena

Rebecca Gorena (she/ella) is a community advocate and program director with over a decade of
experience in social justice movements, including labor, gender justice, and LGBTQ+ liberation.
She has served as Program Director at All Due Respect for over two years, where she works
with organizers, organizational leaders, and funders to advance fair labor standards and build
sustainable, equitable movement workplaces.
