Tara Raghuveer

Tara Raghuveer is the Homes Guarantee campaign director at People’s Action and the director of Kansas City Tenants. Over the last three years, she has knit together member organizations doing state and local housing work into a national campaign and, with them, developed a national housing agenda and formulated the vision for a Homes Guarantee.
