Daniel Bustillo

Daniel Bustillo is the Executive Director of the Healthcare Career Advancement Program (H- CAP), a national labor/management organization of SEIU union locals and employers. He works with partners around the country on program and policy change to support quality healthcare career education models for high road jobs that increase equity and job quality in the healthcare workforce. A former healthcare worker in NYC, Daniel was previously with the 1199SEIU TEF and serves on a variety of national boards and advisory councils.
