Phil Radford

Phil Radford is the Executive Director of the Progressive Multiplier and the CEO of Progressive Power Lab, which incubates and manages nonprofits and companies that move millions of people and dollars into progressive causes. PPL's projects include Progressive Multiplier, Membership Drive, and software programs like The Field. Phil started his career as an environmental justice organizer, organizing against waste incinerators in the West Side of Chicago. He launched Greenpeace’s Grassroots Department, co-founded the Democracy Initiative, served as the Executive Director of Greenpeace in the US, and has had a lifelong obsession with building scalable, self-funding organizing models.
