Devin T. Murphy

Devin T. Murphy serves on the Pinole City Council and is the former Mayor of the City of Pinole—its first African American, first openly gay, and youngest mayor in its 120-year history.  As an elected official Devin has been a chamption for participatory budgeting, equitable economic development, and climate action. Beyond his public service, Devin leads a team of technologists who work with government agencies and non-governmental organizations to help communities navigate social safety net programs, voting, and COVID-19 vaccination and testing.
