Katie Fox

Katie Fox is a Principal with Grassroots Solutions, based in Maryland, and facilitates
long-term learning and research partnerships with foundations, power-building
groups, and intermediaries. Over the course of her career, Katie has worked as an
organizer, advocate, funder, and learning and evaluation consultant.

Since her early years organizing and mobilizing communities around environmental
and corporate campaigns, Katie has made it her mission to get more and better
support to community organizing and grassroots power building. Through learning
partnerships, evaluation, coaching, writing, and presentations, Katie galvanizes and
guides the philanthropic and evaluation sectors to better understand, value, and
support grassroots work. Since 2018, Katie has created and shared field-building
resources on community organizing, community power building, social movements,
and base building.
