Secky Fascione

Secky Fascione serves as Senior Director of Investment Services for the Democracy Alliance, where she partnered with other donors and movement leaders to launch the Rural Democracy Initiative (RDI) in late 2019. RDI supports rural leaders and groups building powerful, permanent civic and political infrastructure in small towns, small cities, and rural communities. In 2020, RDI has moved more than $10 million to support grassroots organizing in rural America and invested another $2 million in strategic research and rural-focused communications. Secky’s years of community and labor organizing include work in rural Minnesota, Montana, the Southeast, and many small cities and rural communities across the nation.
