Selene Chala

Selene Chala (she/her/ella) is a queer afrolatina community organizer and equity leader who has spent the past 13 years building relationships and advancing equity through collective action. She loves creating and being part of spaces where people can experience joy, laughter, and genuine care for one another because she believes those moments are essential to building community and change. Her work is grounded in a commitment to hope as a discipline that nurtures collective creativity and strength.
